Is Shelfy Reader really free?
Yes. Shelfy Reader is 100% free with no ads, no trackers, and no in-app purchases. Every feature is available for free.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Reading, on-device AI, offline translation, and text-to-speech all work without an internet connection. A network is only used for optional features like dictionary lookups, cover art, model downloads, and cloud sync.
Where is my data stored?
Your books, annotations, and reading data are stored locally on your device by default. Cloud sync and backups are optional and use storage you control (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WebDAV). See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I report a bug?
Use the form above and choose "Bug report" as the topic. Please include your device model, Android version, the app version, and the exact steps to reproduce the problem so we can fix it quickly.
The email form didn't open my email app — what do I do?
Some browsers or devices don't have a default email app configured. You can always email us directly at support@robomiri.com.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Because your data lives on your device, you can delete it any time by clearing individual items, clearing app storage, or uninstalling. For any privacy request, contact us and choose "Privacy request" in the form.
